Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 1, 2026
Jobs In Behavioral Health ("we", "us") operates this platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Information we collect
- Provider profiles: name, contact details, license states, specialties, work history, education, certifications, compensation expectations, and any CV or résumé you upload.
- Employer/contact details: organization information and the details of the people we work with.
- Account and sign-in data: when you sign in (including via Google or Microsoft), we receive your name and email from that provider.
- Usage data: basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To match providers with roles and to make recruiter-led introductions.
- To create and manage your account and to contact you about opportunities.
- To operate, secure, and improve the platform.
The double-blind model
Employer identities are hidden from job seekers, and job-seeker identities are hidden from employers, until a recruiter makes an introduction. Identifying details you provide are stored privately and are not published on the public job board.
How we share it
We share information with recruiters who work on your behalf, and with service providers that help us run the platform (for example, hosting and email). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the site, plus limited cookies to improve it. See the notice at the bottom of the site.
Your choices and rights
You can review and update your profile at any time, and external portal users can delete their account from the account menu. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access or deletion). Contact us to make a request.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations.
