Help & FAQ
How the platform works for providers and employers, and how to reach a recruiter when you need a hand.
Getting started: providers
- Browse open roles on the job board, or jump straight to creating your profile.
- Create your profile once — paste your CV (or upload a .txt) to autofill, then review everything before saving. It is always free for providers.
- Express interest in any role. Your details go to a recruiter, never to the employer.
- A recruiter follows up and makes the introduction confidentially once an interview is scheduled.
Getting started: employers
- Talk to a recruiter to get set up — use Talk to a recruiter and we will create your account.
- Post a role. You enter the full details privately; we generate a public-safe, redacted version.
- Your identity stays hidden on the public board. The redacted posting is reviewed by our team before it goes live.
- We bring you matched candidates and make introductions when there is a fit — identities are revealed only through the recruiter.
Frequently asked
Why is the employer hidden?
Because this is a staffing placement. A recruiter introduces you to the employer when an interview is scheduled, which keeps both sides confidential.
Is it free for providers?
Yes, always. There is never a fee to providers for using the platform or being placed.
What specialties do you cover?
Psychiatry, PMHNP, therapy and counseling, clinical psychology, social work, addiction medicine, and more, across all behavioral health.
Do you have telehealth roles?
Yes. You can filter for telehealth, onsite, or hybrid positions on the board.
How do employers stay anonymous?
Identifying details you enter are stored privately. Only a redacted, public-safe version of a posting can reach the board, and it is reviewed before it goes live.
How do I get started?
Providers can create a profile or apply to a role; employers can talk to a recruiter. Either way a recruiter follows up within a few minutes of setup.
Still need help?
A recruiter is happy to walk you through it, free and confidential.
