Job Title: Psychologist (PhD) – Community Health Center Location: Near Albany, Georgia Position Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, Clinic Only Salary Range: $80,000 – $150,000 Position Overview: A community-focused health center near Albany, Georgia is seeking a dedicated Psychologist (PhD) to join our team. This full-time, clinic-based position offers the opportunity to provide mental health services to an underserved population, with a supportive work environment and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological assessments, therapy, and interventions for patients across the lifespan. - Provide individual, group, and family counseling as appropriate. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including primary care providers, social workers, and other behavioral health staff. - Develop treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community health programs. Qualifications: - Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology. - Licensed or license-eligible in Georgia. - Experience working with underserved populations preferred. - Strong clinical, communication, and collaborative skills.
