Physician Assistant – Outpatient Mental Health Location: Salinas, CA Schedule: Full-Time | 100% Outpatient Compensation: $150,000 – $195,000 (higher range possible based on experience) Position Overview A busy outpatient mental health practice in California is seeking a Physician Assistant with prior psychiatric or behavioral health experience. This is a high-demand practice with a streamlined hiring process and strong clinical support. The position focuses exclusively on outpatient psychiatric evaluation and medication management across age groups.
