Looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the Worcester-Auburn area of Massachusetts to help with 4-5 days per week / 24 hours per week of outpatient psychiatric locums. Community and Office-Based Outpatient position that is a PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment), supporting the highest acuity individuals in the community diagnosed with psychotic disorders. Patients range from any age and also full-scope with where they are in treatment and support. Job Responsibilities: Clients - 80 Patients - Needs vary based on patients level of care, transitioning, medication and needs. Some weeks may be 24 patients, other weeks may be 10 or less patients. Team - Report to Medical Director. Works with a team of multidisciplinary staff within PACT team. Qualifications: Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Massachusetts State License - Active DEA - Active CSR - Active Working Hours: 4 - 5 Days Per Week - Average 24 Hours Per Week - Average Skills: EMR - Carelogic
