Locums Inpatient Psychiatrist needed in San Joaquin Valley, CA *Location: San Joaquin Valley, Central California *Setting: Inpatient, Acute Psychiatric unit/institute *Start Date: July 29, 2022 *End Date: October 28, 2022 *Requirements: Board Certification, Active CA License, clean malpractice and NPDB, BLS certification *Admissions Required *Patients per Shift: up to 14 weekday *Ratio of follow ups to new evals: 7:1 *Coverage: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Beeper), Assigned Patients *Response time to Call: 30 minutes *Required Skills: Anxiety disorders, Affective disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, ADD/ADHD, pharmacotherapy treatment *Preferred: familiarity with involuntary commitments, seclusion therapy, restraint application, group therapy, family therapy *Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
