Details and requirements for this opportunity: - Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-5p - Practice Setting: Outpatient - Scope: Adults - Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 Weeks - State Licensure: Active Florida State License and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) - Requirements: Board Certified, Fingerprinting process through the Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) is required and use of Avatar Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
