Join a behavioral healthcare organization providing psychiatric and behavioral health services to residents in long-term care facilities. This role focuses on psychiatric assessments, medication management, and ongoing behavioral health care. Job Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments. Develop and manage individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications. Implement and document Medicare-compliant GDR strategies. Treat conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and dementia-related behaviors. Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary care teams. Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation. Qualifications: Active, unrestricted PMHNP/PMHNP-BC license. Valid DEA registration. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Comfortable working in long-term care settings. Ability to work independently and manage a patient caseload.
