Quick Facts: - Location: Elkins, West Virginia - Start Date: 12/07/2026 - End Date: 03/08/2027 - Shift: Day Shift, 08:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday – Friday) - Hours per Week: 40 hours - Employment Type: Contract - Licensure/Certifications: Board Certification, State License, DEA - Experience: Minimum 5 years Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $234/hr (all-inclusive pay package discussed upon application) - Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit - Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) - Robust Referral Bonus Program - Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements - OT: 1.2x after 40 hours/week; Holiday pay 1.2x on designated holidays What You’ll Do: - Provide specialized pain management care within a clinical/private practice setting - Perform fluoroscopically guided spinal injections, epidural steroid injections, and joint injections - Conduct medial branch blocks, RFAs, nerve blocks, and US-guided procedures - Support a multidisciplinary team including RNs and radiologic technologists - Manage a patient load of approximately 15 patients per day, aged 30-80 years - Use NextGen EMR for documentation and patient records - Support 2-3 weeks of coverage per month, supporting patient recovery and pain relief What You Need: - Required: Board certification in pain management, current West Virginia license or eligible for licensure via IMLC or temporary WV license, valid DEA license - Minimum of 5 years of pain management experience - Key skills include competency in fluoroscopic procedures, ultrasound-guided injections, and interventional pain techniques - Preferred: Experience with intrathecal pumps, additional certifications in pain medicine About the Assignment: This position is based in a leading outpatient clinic in Elkins, WV, dedicated to delivering expert pain management services.
