Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Opportunity: Oswego, NY Benefits - Base salary range of $165K to $185K - $5K sign-on bonus - Relocation reimbursement up to $10K with receipts - Student loan assistance of $15K over the length of the contract, if applicable - Competitive PTO and CME time - Health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability - $4,500 annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement - Malpractice paid by Oswego Health Qualifications - Neonatal nurse practitioner - Candidates available in 2026 or 2027 Position Details - 3-year employment agreement - Hospital employed, inpatient, part of Women's Services - Two 24-hour shifts per week - Contracted for 118 to 130 shifts a year, 10 of them for PTO, CME and NYSSL (108 to 120 shifts worked) - Team self-schedules the month - On-site house available on scheduled days when not needed in the nursery - Level 1 medical care of all newborns; directs nursing and other staff as needed - About 400 births a year, working closely with Oswego County OB/GYN - Anesthesia: 1 MD and 1 CRNA on call with a 30-minute response time; stat c-sections usually within 40 minutes - Department members are certified in neonatal resuscitation - No call - Joins 1 full-time NNP and 1 full-time PNP; replaces a retiring NNP - EMR: Meditech Location - Clay PrimeCare: 3448 State Route 31, Baldwinsville - Oswego PrimeCare West: 110 West Utica Street, Oswego - Oswego PrimeCare East: 33 East Schuyler Street, Oswego - Fulton PrimeCare Main: 522 South 4th Street, Fulton - Fulton PrimeCare North: 98 North 2nd Street, Fulton - PrimeCare at Novelis: 448 County Rt. 1A, Oswego - PrimeCare at Lakeview: 29 East Cayuga Street, Oswego"
