A physician-owned Psychiatry practice in Manhattan, Kansas is seeking a BE/BC General or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its outpatient team. Residents finishing training in 2027 are welcome to apply. The practice focuses on treatment-resistant depression and has built its care around TMS and SPRAVATO®. No experience with either is required. They'll pay for your training and certification in both, so you'll leave with skills most psychiatrists don't have. Support staff handles intake, billing, credentialing, and prior auths, so your time goes to patients. Several psychiatrists who've joined this group have said it's the practice they plan to retire from.
