Quick Facts - Location: Lansing, MI - Start Date: 01/11/2027 - End Date: 04/01/2028 - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (3 days/week) - Shift: Daytime - Hours/week: 24 - Employment Type: Locum/Travel - Licensure/Certifications: Board-Certified Medical Oncologist required - Experience: Prior outpatient oncology experience preferred Pay & Benefits - Hourly Rate: $514.80/hour - Pay package discussed upon application - Benefits include: - Weekly pay via direct deposit - Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) - Competitive pay packages - Robust referral bonus program - Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws - Travel reimbursements (flights, lodging, car rental/fuel or mileage) - Licensure, certification, and other reimbursements What You’ll Do - Provide outpatient oncology care for adult patients - Manage a diverse caseload of cancer and benign hematology patients - Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans - Document patient visits accurately using Epic EMR - Contribute to patient education and support - Adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards - Ensure quality patient care within the clinic setting What You Need - Required: - Board-Certified Medical Oncologist - Active medical license in Michigan or eligible for licensure - Proven experience managing various cancer types and hematology cases - Proficiency with Epic EMR or similar systems - Preferred: - Prior outpatient oncology experience in a hospital setting - Strong communication and collaboration skills About the Assignment Join a hospital closely located to the main facility in Lansing, MI, supporting adult outpatient oncology services.
