$140,000–$160,000 Base Salary | Additional Paid Call | Monday–Friday Holyoke Medical Center in Western Massachusetts is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its inpatient psychiatry team. Work closely with an attending psychiatrist on a 16-bed general adult inpatient unit, sharing responsibility for the patient census and collaborating on treatment planning and patient care. Position Highlights Base salary: $140,000–$160,000, depending on experience. Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with some flexibility. Collaborative practice: Work alongside a psychiatrist and a multidisciplinary care team. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package and paid time off. Additional income: Call is compensated separately from base salary. Paid Call Weeknight call: $250 per night, taken from home. Weekend coverage: $1,500 per day, or $3,000 for a full weekend. Call rotation is generally every fourth to sixth weekend, with opportunities to discuss taking more or less call based on preferences and coverage needs.
