- Outpatient psychiatry opportunity with a growing behavioral health clinic in rural Eastern Oregon - Work alongside a team of 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, plus licensed clinical social workers - Schedule consists of four 10-hour days per week - See an average of 12-16 patients per day - Team-based approach with 1:1 clinical support staff - Phone call shared among providers for established patients only - Full-time, permanent position - Utilizes EPIC electronic medical records system - Open to new graduates - Hospital-employed with comprehensive benefits, including 401k match and paid malpractice coverage - Compensation of$385,000+ with RVU production bonuses and quality incentives up to $45,500 - $30,000 commencement bonus - $8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscription, plus paid CME time - Student loan assistance available - Location features easy access to mountains, lakes, and extensive outdoor activities (including hiking, biking, skiing, and water sports)
