Psychiatric NP/PA Opening Evansville, IN Full Time Permanent Position Local Candidates Only Seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join team in Evansville and Princeton, Indiana Position Highlights: Monday through Friday schedule No nights or weekends Skilled nursing and long-term care setting Round-and-go model with strong work-life balance High level of autonomy with administrative support Ongoing training and clinical support resources Responsibilities: Provide psychiatric care to residents in SNF and long-term care settings Diagnose and manage mental health conditions Develop and implement treatment plans Provide follow-up care and continuity of care Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams Qualifications: Licensed PMHNP or Psychiatric Physician Assistant in Indiana Ability to practice and bill independently DEA license preferred Experience in geriatric or post-acute psychiatry preferred Compensation & Benefits: Estimated compensation $143,542 to $170,250 annually Uncapped productivity income potential Comprehensive clinical and administrative support Continuing education and training resources
