Quick Facts - Location: Pueblo, CO - Start Date: Available immediately or upon completion of licensing requirements - Duration: Full-time, ongoing - Shift: Flexible clinic hours, 36 patient-facing hours/week - Hours/week: 36 - Employment Type: Full-Time - Licenses/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Experience: New graduates and experienced physicians welcomed Pay & Benefits - Salary Range: $257,000 - $286,000 annually - Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000 (eligibility requirements apply) - Productivity Incentives: Based on wRVUs generated - Student Loan Assistance: Up to $24,000 over 2 years - Relocation Package: Potential eligibility - Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans - CME Allowance: Generous support for ongoing professional development - Malpractice Insurance: Paid coverage - Pay package discussed upon application What You’ll Do - Provide comprehensive family medicine and preventive care across all ages - Manage acute illnesses as well as chronic conditions - Develop long-term relationships with patients and families - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care - Participate in after-hours call rotation - Contribute to clinical quality improvement initiatives - Connect patients to laboratory, imaging, and specialty services within the healthcare network What You Need Required: - Medical license in Colorado (or eligible) - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine - Strong clinical skills and a desire to serve a diverse patient population Preferred: - Experience in outpatient primary care settings - Excellent communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment Join a leading facility in Pueblo, Colorado, offering a collaborative, patient-centered environment dedicated to improving community health.
