• Locum tenens opportunity for an Adult Psychiatrist to provide inpatient psychiatric care on a full-time basis. Job Responsibilities: • Assess and diagnose adult psychiatric patients. • Develop and manage individualized treatment plans. • Provide psychiatric medication management. • Monitor patient progress and maintain medical records. • Coordinate care with the healthcare team. Qualifications: • Minimum 1 year of psychiatry experience required. • Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred. • Active Medicare and Medicaid enrollment required. • Must meet New York medical licensing requirements. Working Hours: • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. • 40 hours per week. • No weekend coverage required. • Tentative start date: November 1, 2026. • Assignment duration: Approximately 3 weeks; confirm exact dates. Skills: • Psychiatric assessment and diagnosis. • Medication management and treatment planning. • Patient monitoring and documentation. • Communication and teamwork.
