We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Psychiatrist. New Jersey location (just outside New York City). This role involves providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services in a structured clinical setting. The psychiatrist will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patient care, treatment planning, and compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and ongoing treatment of patients with mental health disorders Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment and discharge plans in collaboration with the care team Review and interpret diagnostic tests, psychological assessments, and medical records Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications in accordance with clinical guidelines and legal requirements Provide a range of therapeutic interventions including individual, group, and milieu therapy Ensure compliance with patient rights, clinical standards, and applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements Participate in treatment team meetings and case conferences Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Perform patient rounds and ongoing clinical assessments Qualifications: Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry (required) Active New Jersey medical license (required) Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
