Opportunity: Board Certified - Psychiatry Job Details: - Provide psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients in an inpatient setting - Assist in patient management within adult and geriatric inpatient units - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a compassionate and professional manner - Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as needed - Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry required; all subspecialties encouraged to apply - MD or DO from an accredited medical school required - Active Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain one required - Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required - Flexible schedule available Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
