Quick Facts - Location: Johnstown, PA - Start Date: 10/07/2026 - End Date/Duration: Through early 2027 (dates flexible) - Shift: Mix of call and clinic; typically 3-4 days of call per week - Hours/week: Varies based on schedule - Employment Type: Temporary/Contract - License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Urology or the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery (Urological Surgery); PA license preferred - Experience: Urology experience preferred Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 - Benefits: - Competitive pay packages - Weekly pay via direct deposit - Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) - Robust referral bonus program - Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws - Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do - Respond to urology consults promptly (approx. 5-7 per day) - Conduct rounding on 2-4 inpatients - Participate in coverage of holiday schedules (Thanksgiving and Christmas) - Provide outpatient/urological care in clinic setting - Assist with emergent and non-emergent patient needs - Support the healthcare team with patient assessments and follow-ups - Maintain high-quality patient care standards during coverage periods What You Need - Must be board certified or board eligible in Urology - Active/unrestricted PA license or IMLC acceptance preferred - Prior urology experience is advantageous - Strong communication skills and ability to handle patient consults efficiently - Commitment to holiday coverage schedule About the Assignment Join a leading healthcare facility in Johnstown, PA, providing essential urology services during a targeted holiday coverage period.
