This unique role allows you to provide integrated primary care and psychiatric services in non-traditional settings such as supportive housing, drop-in centers, and mobile medical units. Position Overview As an Integrated Care Physician or Nurse Practitioner, you will spend the majority of your time providing holistic primary and psychiatric care, engaging with patients in diverse community settings. Your responsibilities will include conducting medical examinations, crafting individualized treatment plans, prescribing medications, and providing psychotherapy. Additionally, you will participate in professional development and practice improvement initiatives, enhancing the quality of care delivered.
