On-site, Part-time Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner position in Texas. The role involves psychiatric assessments, medication management, and treatment planning for residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Locations include Marble Falls, Horseshoe Bay, Lampasas, and Laredo. Monday–Friday scheduling is available, with no evening, weekend, or on-call duties. Compensation is negotiable. Spanish proficiency is required for the Laredo location. Experience in geriatric psychiatry Job Responsibilities: Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Manage psychiatric medications and monitor treatment outcomes. Develop individualized treatment plans. Provide psychiatric care to residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities. Coordinate care with facility staff and other healthcare professionals. Maintain clinical documentation and support continuity of care. Qualifications: Licensed or eligible to practice as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Texas. PMHNP certification required. Ability to provide on-site care in long-term care and skilled nursing settings. Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Spanish proficiency required for the Laredo location.
