The facility features a dedicated behavioral health unit with a total of 32 inpatient beds, a highly collaborative multi-disciplinary team, and access to the staff, resources, and technologies needed to make a meaningful impact on patient care. Opportunity: Employed - Psychiatry Job Details: - Provide inpatient-only psychiatric care for adults ages 18+ and seniors ages 55+ - 16 dedicated beds per age demographic, 32 total inpatient beds - Geriatric fellowship and experience preferred but not required - Traditional and blocked flexible schedule availability per physician - Work alongside a multi-disciplinary team including psychiatrists, physicians, therapists, nurses, and support staff - Utilize evidence-based group therapy and activity rooms - Full time and part time providers will be considered - Competitive base salary plus worked relative value unit (wRVU) production bonus - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available - Paid time off and retirement plan - Comprehensive health and well-being benefits - Student loan repayment assistance - Early-commitment residency stipend - Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance and days - Paid professional liability and malpractice coverage - Marketing and practice growth assistance Compensation: Employed salary with benefits.
