This is an excellent opportunity for a psychiatrist looking for flexible weekend work, supplemental income, or a part-time commitment without a full-time schedule. Job Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric psychiatric patients Conduct psychiatric consultations and follow-up evaluations Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Provide medication management Collaborate with nursing, therapists, social workers, and other members of the treatment team Provide clinical supervision and support to midlevel providers Participate in discharge planning and coordination of ongoing care Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Qualifications: MD or DO *Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry *Active Florida medical license *DEA registration *Strong clinical and communication skills *Inpatient psychiatry experience preferred
