Adult Inpatient Psychiatrist – Eastern North Carolina Join a well-established, collaborative inpatient adult psychiatry team offering a supportive and patient-centered care model. Position Highlights: - 7 on / 7 off inpatient schedule - 24-bed freestanding behavioral health facility with acute psychiatric, substance use, and medical detox services - Team includes experienced nurses, social workers, therapists, techs, chaplains, pharmacist, and dietitians - Epic EMR in place - Employed model; PSLF-eligible Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation - Productivity and quality incentives - Comprehensive recruitment package (sign-on, relocation) - 30 days PTO + 5 CME days with $3,000 CME allowance - Malpractice with tail, robust health and retirement benefits About the Area: Located in Eastern North Carolina, less than 1 hour from Raleigh and within 2–3 hours of Durham, Chapel Hill, and Charlotte.
