Quick Facts - Location: Fortuna, CA - Start Date: 10/08/2026 - Duration: Ongoing assignment - Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (18 PPD minimum) - Hours/Week: 40 hours - Employment Type: W-2, full-time - License/Certs: Active DEA required, immunizations (flu, Tdap, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella) - Experience: 5+ years preferred; BE/DO candidates considered Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (note: this is a placeholder; actual pay discussed upon application) - Benefits Include: - Competitive pay packages - Weekly pay via direct deposit - Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) - Robust referral bonus program - Paid sick time, licensure, certification, travel, and reimbursement support - 24/7 dedicated team assisting throughout your assignment What You’ll Do - Provide primary care for a mix of pediatric and adult patients (family medicine focus considered) - Conduct patient evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning - Manage chronic pain cases and perform chart closures within 72 hours - Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care - Maintain timely documentation in compliance with facility standards - Participate in immunization protocols and health screenings - Follow infection control policies and adhere to credentialing requirements What You Need Required: - Active DEA license - Valid state medical license in California - Immunizations: Flu (2022-2023), TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap (within last 10 years) - 5+ years of clinical experience in primary care or family medicine - Ability to see at least 18 patients per day Preferred: - BE/DO candidates with recent residency (within 5 years) - Experience with chronic pain management - Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment This position is with a leading medical facility located in Fortuna, CA, focusing on providing comprehensive primary care services to diverse patient populations.
