Title: Psychiatrist Specialty: Psychiatry-General Pay rate: $235/HR on 1099 Work Environments: Inpatient Job Responsibilities: Documentation of reasons for medication changes. Monthly progress note on patients describing changes in in mental status, behavior and psychoparmacotherapy. Review of seclusion and restraints at least twice a month. Qualifications: Current Illinois Medical license Current Illinois Controlled Substance certificate Current DEA certificate Experience working with psychiatric patients Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
