Compensation Current compensation structures include: - $160,000–$180,000 for select part-time outpatient schedules - $300,000–$400,000 for many full-time attending and Medical Director opportunities - $400,000+ for select leadership and multi-site positions - $450,000+ for a major inpatient hospital Medical Director search - Flexible part-time compensation based on weekly coverage - Monthly stipends for select low-hour administrative Medical Director roles - W2 and contract structures depending on the opportunity Job Responsibilities: Adult inpatient psychiatry Child and adolescent inpatient psychiatry General adult outpatient psychiatry Hybrid outpatient psychiatry in select markets Addiction medicine, detox and residential treatment Geriatric psychiatry Hospital Medical Director leadership Attending psychiatrist positions without administrative responsibilities APP supervision and collaborative clinical leadership Low-hour administrative and supervisory coverage Qualifications: MD or DO degree Completed or upcoming completion of an accredited psychiatry residency Board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry Active and unrestricted medical license, or willingness to obtain the required state license Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one Ability to obtain hospital or facility credentials when required Strong clinical judgment, communication and documentation skills Professional standing without unresolved licensing restrictions Working Hours: We are recruiting for several different scheduling models: Full-time, Monday through Friday Part-time schedules ranging from one to three days per week Approximately 24-hour outpatient workweeks Split-site full-time addiction opportunities Select inpatient positions requiring two weekends per month Low-hour Medical Director coverage requiring only limited monthly availability Hybrid flexibility in certain outpatient markets Not every opportunity requires call, weekends or administrative responsibility.
