About this job

A physician-owned Psychiatry practice in Wichita, Kansas is seeking a BE/BC General or Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join its outpatient team. Residents finishing training in 2027 are welcome to apply. The practice focuses on treatment-resistant depression and has built its care around TMS and SPRAVATO®. Several psychiatrists who've joined this group have said it's the practice they plan to retire from. Here's the package: • $325,000 guaranteed base salary • $25,000 sign-on bonus • Free TMS and SPRAVATO® training and certification • 15 days PTO, 6 paid holidays, and 5 CME days • $10,000 a year for CME • Relocation and KS licensure assistance • Health, dental, vision, malpractice, and 401(k) with employer contribution Life in Wichita • Kansas' largest city, with a cost of living well below the national average • Big city amenities without the traffic or long commutes • Downtown restaurants, breweries, live music, sports, museums and performing arts • Highly rated suburbs, strong public and private schools, and 140+ parks and trails • Nonstop flights to major hubs from Wichita Eisenhower National Airport, with Kansas City and Oklahoma City a few hours' drive away The practice is also hiring at its Manhattan, KS clinic for anyone who'd prefer a smaller college town.
