We are seeking a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist for a locum tenens position in San Francisco, CA. Please see below for more information. EMR: Epic Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for adolescent patients Manage psychopharmacologic treatment, including administration and monitoring of medications used in psychiatric care Deliver psychotherapy across multiple modalities Round on inpatient adolescent psychiatric patients Qualifications: Board Certified in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (CAP), OR Board Certified in General Psychiatry with a completed CAP fellowship Active California medical license DEA registration Epic proficiency for charting Working Hours: Scheduled coverage with on-call required Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM on site, followed by night call until 8:00 AM Weekends: approximately 6 hours of rounding beginning at 8:00 AM; on call until 8:00 AM the following day once rounding is complete Call: night call Monday/Tuesday; 24-hour coverage plus rounding on weekends For more information and to apply, please apply via the DocCafe link, or schedule time to speak with me via the calendar link below.
