Assignment Start & End date - 7/25 - long term (i.e., 6 months) Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 9a to 5p Please do not contact facility directly Adult Psychiatry need Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital M - F Number of patients seen per day in clinic 18 patients Call Night /Weekend - No Age of patients - 18 + Inpatient /Outpatient - Inpatient - High Acute Unit Type of Charting /EMR - Paper Board Certified or Board Eligible - Either Is Fellowship required No Beds in the Department an 18-bed Unit Admissions Required Yes Average Number of Admissions per shift (when not on call)- 3-4 a day Is there Rounding? IF so is it for assigned or unassigned patients Round on own pts
