Role Overview- Part-time (2 days per week) within Monday - Friday - No nights or weekends - Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation - Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations - Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults - Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications - Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns - Provide brief interventions and behavioral management - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings - Coverage area includes Abilene and San Angelo, Texas Compensation and Benefits- Compensation is fee for service (FFS), estimated compensation range of $53,752 - $64,503 annually with no cap on productivity income - Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications- Active, unrestricted Texas license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C - Active DEA or willingness to obtain - 6 months experience needed as a PMHNP or Psych PA - Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
