Schedule: - Sporadic coverage for 2026. - Weekday coverage - Monday - Friday (8a-5p) - Call Schedule: 5p-8a, unrestricted call if able Open Dates: - 2/12, 2/13, 2/16-2/20, 2/23-3/1. - Sporadic ongoing coverage. Details: - Practice Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Department - Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12 - Total Number of Beds: 27 - Number of Psychiatrist in the Group: 5 - Number of Advanced Practice Providers Support: 6 - Number of Psychologists: 0 - Locum Tenen Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes, Psychiatric NP - Describe Referral/Transfer Protocol: Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs - Safety/Security Measures in Place: Staff duress system, security on site 24/7 - No pediatric patients - EMR: Epic - Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months but need ASAP Required Treatment Disorders: - Anxiety Disorders - Affective Disorders - ADD/ADHD - Personality Disorders - Eating Disorders - Developmental Disorders - Psychotic Disorders - Organic Disorders Required to have Familiarity with: - Involuntary Commitments - Seclusion therapy - Pharmacotherapy - Group Therapy - Restraint Application Submission Requirements - Board Certified (Psychiatry) - [REQUIRED] - Active MI License - [REQUIRED] - BLS - [REQUIRED] - Must be available to cover the dates listed - [REQUIRED] - no exceptions, note at time of name clear
