Role Overview- Full-time (3.5 days/week) within Monday - Friday - No nights or weekends - Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation - Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations - Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults - Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications - Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns - Provide brief interventions and behavioral management - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Compensation and Benefits- Estimated compensation range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually with no cap on productivity income - Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications- Active, unrestricted New York license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C - Active DEA or willingness to obtain - All experience levels as a PMHNP or Psych PA welcome to apply - Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
