Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity: Fulton, NY Benefits - Salary range of $125K to $145K, plus pay for inpatient rounding - $5K sign-on bonus - Relocation reimbursement up to $10K with receipts - Student loan assistance of $15K over the length of the contract, if applicable - 33 days of PTO and CME time, including 6 legal holidays - Health, dental, vision, 403B, life and disability - $4,500 annual CME, dues and licensure reimbursement - Malpractice paid by Oswego Health Qualifications - Psychiatric nurse practitioner - Candidates available in 2026 or 2027 Position Details - 3-year employment agreement - In person, outpatient, at Mental Health & Wellness Fulton North - Ages 5 and up, about 75% youth and 25% adult - Monday to Friday, 7:00a to 7:00p; open to four longer days - Medication management and psychiatric evaluations with a therapist - About 12 to 16 patients per day; 90 minutes for new evaluations, 15 to 30 minutes for follow-ups, 30 minutes for med management - Works with school-based clinic staff - One weekend a month of Saturday and Sunday morning inpatient rounding at the Lobdell Center for Mental Health & Wellness, census split among 2 to 3 clinicians - New role from a restructure and growing census - EMR: Meditech Location - Clay PrimeCare: 3448 State Route 31, Baldwinsville - Oswego PrimeCare West: 110 West Utica Street, Oswego - Oswego PrimeCare East: 33 East Schuyler Street, Oswego - Fulton PrimeCare Main: 522 South 4th Street, Fulton - Fulton PrimeCare North: 98 North 2nd Street, Fulton - PrimeCare at Novelis: 448 County Rt. 1A, Oswego - PrimeCare at Lakeview: 29 East Cayuga Street, Oswego"
