Quick Facts: - Location: Cottonwood, AZ - Start Date: 01/01/2027 - End Date/Duration: 04/02/2027 - Shift: 24-Hour Days (07:00 - 07:00) - Hours/Week: 40 - Employment Type: Contract - License/Certifications: AZ license (ok to license for dates 4+ months out), DEA - Experience: Minimum 1 year in OB/GYN Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Pay Rate: $2,223 - Pay package discussed upon application - Benefits include: Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements (where applicable), paid sick time, and a robust referral bonus program What You’ll Do: - Provide obstetric and gynecologic care in a hospital setting - Attend to deliveries (0-1 per shift) and manage patient calls (0-2 callbacks per shift) - Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes - Cover shifts, including nights, on a 7x24 schedule - Support Nurse Mid-Wives as needed - Document patient care using Cerner EMR What You Need: - Active AZ medical license (or eligible for licensure) - Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN - DEA certification - At least one year of experience in obstetrics/gynecology - Strong clinical skills with the ability to handle deliveries and gynecologic emergencies About the Assignment: This assignment takes place in a 99-bed hospital committed to delivering excellent woman’s health services. The OB/GYN will be integral in providing comprehensive care, including delivery and outpatient gynecological services.
