Description: Join a mission-driven inpatient Psychiatry team in the Phoenix metro area, providing care to adults with serious mental illness in a dedicated behavioral health facility. Position highlights: - Inpatient role with manageable caseload (10"11 patients) - Collaborative care model with psychiatric nurse practitioner support - Practice based at a modern behavioral health center - Teaching opportunities with medical students and potential academic appointment Candidate requirements: - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry - Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Compensation & benefits: - Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits - 4 weeks PTO + 10 paid holidays - 1 week CME with $4,000 stipend - Retirement plan - Employer-paid malpractice coverage
