We are seeking a Psychiatrist to join an established outpatient behavioral health practice in Sioux City, Iowa. This full-time opportunity offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with no on-call responsibilities. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for children, adolescents, and adults. The role includes collaboration with PMHNPs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals in a supportive multidisciplinary environment. Job Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment. Provide medication management and psychopharmacologic care. Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. Provide care to children, adolescents, and adults. Collaborate with PMHNPs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals. Coordinate patient care and referrals as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Participate in outpatient behavioral health services and clinical programs. Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry. Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Iowa. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered psychiatric care. Working Hours: Monday–Friday Flexible physician-driven schedule No on-call responsibilities Approximately 1-hour new-patient appointments and 30-minute follow-up appointments Exact daily hours are flexible based on physician preference and practice needs.
