About the Facility Location New York City spans five boroughs - Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island - each offering distinct cultural, culinary, and entertainment experiences. The city features landmarks such as Central Park, Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, and Rockefeller Center, alongside world-class museums, Broadway theaters, and a wide range of tours and attractions. Clinicians on assignment may also explore neighborhoods such as DUMBO, Chelsea, and Chinatown, with options for both indoor and outdoor activities available throughout the city. About the Clinician's Workday The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide part-time clinical services on a day shift schedule, working 2 days per week (16 hours). Responsibilities include initial engagement, risk assessment, goal setting, ongoing individual sessions, and crisis counseling. Clinicians must demonstrate strong engagement skills with youth, knowledge of vicarious trauma, and proficiency in trauma-informed intervention. A foundational understanding of issues facing youth experiencing homelessness, along with superior assessment and crisis intervention skills, is required for this role.
