Adult Outpatient Services - Adult outpatient psychiatry - Community behavioral health setting - Psychiatric evaluations and medication management - Ongoing outpatient follow-up care - Collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team - Stable clinic-based environment - Public-sector/community-focused care model - EMR documentation required Practice Environment - Community behavioral health setting - Collaborative outpatient treatment team - Adult patient population - Mission-driven behavioral health program - Diverse and underserved patient community Job Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for adult patients Provide medication management and treatment planning Deliver ongoing outpatient psychiatric care Collaborate with therapists, case managers, nursing staff, and support teams Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Participate in treatment planning and continuity of care initiatives Support patient stabilization and long-term wellness goals Qualifications: Qualifications MD or DO required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active California medical license preferred DEA required Experience in adult outpatient psychiatry preferred Spanish-speaking required Strong communication and collaborative care skills Experience working within multidisciplinary teams highly valued Working Hours: Working Hours 20 hours per week Set weekly schedule Monday–Friday daytime clinic hours Outpatient clinic-based position Skills: Skills Adult outpatient psychiatry Medication management Psychiatric evaluations Community psychiatry Treatment planning EMR documentation Multidisciplinary collaboration Bilingual patient care
