Psychiatry Medical Director – Colorado Springs, Colorado Position & Setting - Job Type: Permanent - Hospital Opening: November 2026 — new hospital opening - Role: Patient-facing Psychiatry Medical Director - Setting: Inpatient psychiatric hospital - Patient Population: Adolescents through geriatrics - Clinical Focus: Combination of direct patient care and medical leadership Licenses & Qualifications - Board Status: Board Certified or truly Board Eligible in Psychiatry - Supervision: Must be comfortable supervising Nurse Practitioners - Experience: Must be comfortable balancing clinical responsibilities with medical leadership Clinical Responsibilities - Provide direct inpatient psychiatric care. - Oversee clinical operations and provide medical leadership. - Supervise Nurse Practitioners. - Maintain an active patient-facing role while leading the clinical team. - Treat patients ranging from adolescents to geriatric populations.
