A Bronx, NY-based healthcare organization is seeking a licensed Psychiatrist to join their growing outpatient behavioral health facility. About the Opportunity: - Schedule: Full-time - Hours: 37.5 clinical hours per week - Setting: Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic Responsibilities: - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and diagnose a range of mental health conditions. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management and therapeutic interventions. - Provide ongoing psychiatric care, medication monitoring, and follow-up treatment planning. - Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary team members to support integrated care. - Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and participate in case conferences, treatment meetings, and quality improvement efforts. Qualifications: - Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) with a focus in Psychiatry - Active New York State medical license - Current BLS certification - DEA license, active or eligible Desired Skills: - Board certification in Psychiatry or board eligibility for recent graduates - Bilingual in Spanish preferred
