Quick Facts: - Location: Fond du Lac, WI - Start Date: 12/07/2026 - End Date: 03/08/2027 - Shift: 4x24-Hour Days (07:00 AM – 07:00 AM) - Hours/Week: 40 hours - Employment Type: Contract - License/Certifications: Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology - Experience: Not required, all levels considered Pay & Benefits: - Competitive pay at $30.42/hour - Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit - Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) - Robust referral bonus program - Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws - Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You’ll Do: - Provide inpatient urology coverage at a hospital setting - Participate in rounding on patients daily - Support cases including scrotal, endoscopic, and general surgery - Assist with rare trauma cases as needed - Collaborate with a team of physicians and advanced practice providers - Cover two weekends per month, including Thursday-Sunday and Friday-Sunday shifts - Work within an Epic EMR environment What You Need: Required: - Board-certified or board-eligible in Urology - Wisconsin state license or willingness to obtain - Strong clinical skills in urological procedures Preferred: - Experience in inpatient urology care - Ability to work flexible schedules and weekend shifts About the Assignment: This opportunity involves inpatient urology coverage at a busy hospital that supports adolescent and older patients. Work includes managing cases such as scrotal surgery, endoscopy, and support in trauma scenarios.
