Role Overview- Full time Monday - Friday schedule - No nights or weekends - Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation - Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and mental status examinations - Diagnose and treat psychiatric, behavioral, and neurocognitive disorders in older adults - Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications - Evaluate behavioral and safety concerns - Provide brief interventions and behavioral management - Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings Compensation and Benefits- Estimated compensation range of $150,000 - $200,000 annually with no cap on productivity income - Back-end infrastructure and clinical support provided Qualifications- Active, unrestricted New York license as a PMHNP-C or Psych PA-C - Active DEA or willingness to obtain - Open to new grad or experienced PMHNPs or Psych PAs - Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred Apply today!
