About the Opportunity Monarch is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist with Child and Adolescent experience to join our Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) team at the Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center located in Concord, NC, just north of Charlotte. This state-of-the-art, 60,000 sq. ft. facility provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including a 24-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) for children/adolescents, a 16-bed Facility-Based Crisis (FBC) program for children/adolescents, and a Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) serving all ages. Position Details Flexible schedule: Full-time or Part-time options available 20 hours/week with the PRTF and 20 hours/week with the FBC Strong preference for onsite work during program launch, with potential for consideration of hybrid once program is established Facility Highlights 24-hour Tier 4 facility with 72 patient capacity Onsite pharmacy and learning kitchen to support holistic care Dedicated spaces for children, adolescents, and urgent behavioral health needs Qualifications Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist Experience treating children/adolescents required Strong communication and collaboration skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Retirement plan with employer match Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME allowance
