Flexible schedule: 5x8 or 4x10, with 1 Saturday per month and no overnight call Interventional psychiatry focus: TMS and ketamine-driven treatment with med management No prior TMS or ketamine experience required; 2-week in-person clinical training provided Supportive 8:1 staff-to-provider ratio handling TMS delivery, IV ketamine, and scheduling Physician autonomy to manage patients and prescribe TMS, ketamine, or medications as appropriate Midlevel supervision opportunities available, with compensation increases based on oversight Board-certified or board-eligible; final-year residents and fellows encouraged to apply Hospital-employed position with no visa sponsorship; clean history required Our services are free for you We help negotiate your salary and contract We coordinate interviews and help with licenses Specialized recruiters match your career preferences Experienced support teams take care of every detail
