Quick Facts - Location: Chambersburg, PA - Start Date: 12/21/2026 - End Date: 03/22/2027 - Shift: 24-hour coverage (day shift, 07:00 – 07:00) - Hours/Week: As needed (PRN, once every 12-14 weeks) - Employment Type: PRN - License/Certs: PA license, DEA required, Board Certification in Urology preferred - Experience: All levels accepted, excellent communication skills preferred Pay & Benefits - Hourly Pay Rate: $3,251.82 - Benefits: - Competitive pay packages - Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit - Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) - Robust referral bonus program - Paid sick time in accordance with legal requirements - Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable What You’ll Do - Provide urological care to a diverse patient population of all ages - Support hospital and surgical procedures with 24-hour coverage - Manage patient consultations and follow-ups in the clinic setting - Communicate effectively with patients and team members across multiple locations - Handle phone calls from Gettysburg, Waynesboro, and Fulton County Medical Centers as needed - Document patient encounters accurately in the EPIC EMR system - Offer consultation and procedures with no internal support staff What You Need Required: - PA license (active or IMLC LOQ in hand) - DEA registration - BC or BE in Urology - Excellent communication skills - Willingness to work PRN schedule Preferred: - New graduates with strong communication skills are welcomed About the Assignment Join this dynamic team providing urology services in a collaborative hospital environment with 76 beds. This PRN role offers the flexibility of working once every 12-14 weeks, with ample support to ensure your success. The facility uses EPIC EMR and seeks a dedicated Urologist to deliver quality patient care across multiple locations.
