Inpatient Geriatric Psychiatrist – Full-Time | Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Philadelphia, PA Inhospital Physicians (IHP) is hiring a full-time psychiatrist for the inpatient geriatric behavioral health unit at Roxborough Memorial Hospital in Northwest Philadelphia. This is a unit-based, day-shift role built around continuity of care for older adults. Highlights Monday–Friday day shift – no weekends, no nights After-hours coverage handled by telepsychiatry 20-bed geriatric psychiatry unit; average census about 16 Work alongside a dedicated behavioral health APP Unit-based practice – no ED psychiatry consults; occasional floor consults Non-academic role Epic EMR New graduates welcome W-2 employment with benefits and 120 hours PTO Malpractice coverage, including tail, provided by IHP Requirements Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry (Geriatric Psychiatry experience a plus) Pennsylvania medical license, or eligible to obtain one About IHP Inhospital Physicians is a physician-owned, physician-led group running hospital-based programs – not a locums broker.
