Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner – Outpatient Behavioral Health (No Weekends) Location: Hyannis, MA | Schedule: Monday-Friday, Hybrid Option Available About the Opportunity Join a leading community health organization dedicated to providing accessible, comprehensive health services to diverse populations in the Cape Cod area. This respected behavioral health center offers an inviting opportunity for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to make a meaningful impact, working with an underserved community to promote mental wellness and holistic care. Position Overview As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will collaborate with a team including a Behavioral Health Director and a part-time psychiatrist to deliver direct care to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. Your role will focus on evaluation, diagnosis, prescription management, and the development of treatment plans. While you will have the support of a seasoned team, you will also enjoy the autonomy of leading initiatives and case conferences. The position is structured around a balanced schedule with a mix of clinical and non-clinical hours, using EPIC EMR for documentation. Proficiency in EPIC EMR and bilingual abilities, especially in Vietnamese, are highly beneficial.
