Quick Facts: - Location: Georgetown, DE - Start Date: 04/28/2026 - End Date/Duration: Ongoing - Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift - Hours/Week: 40 hours/week - Employment Type: Permanent - License/Certifications: DE Medical License, Board Certification in Psychiatry - Experience: 2+ years in inpatient psychiatry preferred Pay & Benefits: - Hourly Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application) - Benefits include: - Competitive pay packages - Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off - 401(k) retirement plan - CME stipend - Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable - Robust referral bonus program - Dedicated 24/7 support team throughout your assignment What You’ll Do: - Provide inpatient psychiatric care for adult patients with various diagnoses including anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, and trauma-related disorders - Manage pharmacotherapy and coordinate involuntary commitments as needed - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans - Maintain accurate documentation using Wellsky EMR system - Support a patient census averaging 18 patients daily - Participate in a supportive team environment with experienced psychiatrists and advanced practice providers What You Need: - Valid Delaware medical license and board certification in Psychiatry - Minimum of 2 years inpatient psychiatric experience - Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Commitment to patient-centered care About the Assignment: Join a leading facility in Georgetown, DE, offering a focused inpatient environment dedicated to delivering compassionate mental health treatment.
